- Building in UK-EU sovereign tech (stealth) since March 2026.
- First to productise 3D vision-language + scene-graph generation — for paying BIM/CAD drafters.
- Built 3D tracking, analysis & fraud-detection engines deployed across UK & ZA casino chains.
- Co-authored ADL4D — a 1.1M-frame 4D human-activity dataset — and awarded Kurt Fischer Prize.
- Reverse-engineered frontier spatial-model stacks (Meta, HKU) across 60+ GPUs.
- Led two ventures before this — firefighting drones for South-East Asia, and assistive navigation for blind users.
- Bet with the safe door closed — self-funded a TU Munich MSc and ran two unfunded ventures rather than hedge.
